Water ¾ cup
Sugar 2 Tea Spoon
Instant yeast 1 Tea Spoon
All purpose flour (Sifted) 2 Cups
Salt ½ Tea Spoon
2 Tea Spoon of olive oil
Cooking oil 2-3 Tea Spoon
Chicken Strips 300 GMS
Garlic Powder 1 Tea Spoon in it,
Salt 1 Tea Spoon or to taste
Red chili powder 2 Tea Spoon or to taste
Red chili crushed 1 & ½ Tea Spoon
Dried oregano 1 Tea Spoon
Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes
Lemon juice 1 & ½ Table Spoon
Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
Cook for 1 minute
Onion sliced 1 medium
Capsicum julienne ½ Cup
Red bell pepper julienne ¼ Cup
Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
Pizza stone or pizza pan
Pizza peel or baking sheet
Pizza wheel for cutting the pizza
Recipe (Step by Step)
How to make pizza dough
Yes, you can buy pretty decent pizza dough from the bakery counter at your grocery store, but why bother when you can easily make it at home? Use this pizza dough recipe and make your pizza delicious.
Add ¾ cup of water, 2 Tea Spoon of sugar and 1 Tea Spoon of instant yeast in a cup. Mix it well, cover and rest it for 10 minutes.
Add 2 cup of all purpose flour (Sifted) and ½ Tea Spoon of salt in a bowl. Now put the yeast mixture in it and mix it well. You can also use 1 or 2 table spoon of water. Mix it well until the dough is formed. Add olive oil and knead again, cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.
How to make pizza topping
When it comes to topping, everybody loves chicken topping. It’s really a simple recipe.
In frying pan, add 2-3 Tea Spoon of cooking oil, 300 GMS of chicken strips and mix well until changes color.
Add 1 tea spoon of garlic powder, 1 tea spoon or to taste salt, 2 tea spoon of red chili powder, 1 & ½ tea spoon of crushed red chili and 1 tea soon of dried oregano, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 & ½ table spoon of lemon juice and mix well.
Add ½ Cup of sliced mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 medium sliced onion, ½ cup of capsicum,1/4 cup of red bell pepper and stir for 2 minutes & set aside.
Prepare the Pizza
Dust the flour on surface where you will put dough otherwise it will stick. Divide the dough in half.
Form two round balls of dough. Take one ball of dough and flatten it with your hands on a lightly floured work surface.
Starting at the center and working outwards, use your fingertips to press the dough to 1/2-inch thick. Turn and stretch the dough until it will not stretch further.
Treat the dough gently!
Place the dough in pizza pan. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil (to prevent it from getting soggy from the toppings).
Spread the Pizza sauce ¼ Cup or as required
Now Sprinkle the Cooked chicken filling, Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup, Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup and Black olives
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
